Q: 1 - Why does it keep asking me to input my password?

A: You might have the caps lock key on, or entering the wrong/misspelled password, or you locked yourself out of the internet by entering the incorrect password 3 or more times. Our authentication software is configured to lock out an account once the account has been denied access three consecutive times. This is designed to prevent hackers. We recommend that you call technical support to verify your password if you have forgotten it.
