Q: 6 - When I send email, it comes back that the recipient can not be found?

A: You must make sure that you entered the name and address correctly. If it is supposed to be in all lower case then you must type it exactly as it is supposed to be. Make sure you have periods instead of commas. To avoid sending to a wrong e-mail address, check the receiver's e-mail address carefully, and ask it to the address book.

Q: 7 - Unable to receive email. Why?

A: First check the incoming POP3 mail server settings, it needs to be mail.go2vni.com exactly. If you have "Outlook Express", you might have the "Reply" screen filled in with your address. This line should be left blank. When people told you that they sent you an e-mail but you still not receive. You can avoid the problem that the sender incorrectly type your e-mail address by sending them an e-mail and let them add your e-mail address into their address book or even reply your e-mail while they do not have to type your e-mail address again.
